GENERAL:
This fine house is located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the center of Meijel where several stores, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and the elementary school are located. Because there is no other house directly opposite, you have a lot of privacy in the living room. Meijel is very conveniently located to several major cities. ENTREE

KITCHEN
The next room you enter is the kitchen. Although the kitchen is somewhat dated, it is nicely maintained and functional. Here you have access to a four-burner gas stove with hood, an oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. The kitchen cabinets are all solid wood and the countertop is plastic. LIVING ROOM
The eye-catcher in the living room in the large fireplace of solid wood and authentic blue and white tiles against the back wall. Combined with the beamed ceiling and clean masonry wall, this room gives a nostalgic and cozy feeling. Both the front and back of the room has a large window with a shutter. Through the door you also have access to the terrace in the backyard. Both the living room and the kitchen and the hall have a tiled floor with underfloor heating. In the living room hangs a fixed air conditioning system that can also heat.

GARDEN ROOM
The garden room is not only the connection between the garage and the house but is also a wonderful place for early in the year to sit in the sun and enjoy the garden. Through the many windows and two doors here you have optimal contact with the garden. In the garden room are also white goods connections available. FLOOR:

In two of the three bedrooms fits easily a double bed and a large closet. The front bedroom has a balcony door and also a large window which are both equipped with a shutter. The third bedroom is slightly smaller but has a convenient wall closet. The space of this wall closet has been used in several homes in the street to create a fixed attic staircase so this is also still a possibility.

BATHROOM
The bathroom is neutral in design with marble-look tiles on the floor and light wall tiles. In the bathtub you can take a relaxing bath or shower if you fold out the shower screen. Furthermore, the bathroom consists of a sink with cabinet, a toilet and a narrow window that provides necessary ventilation.

GARAGE:
The garage can be accessed indoors through the garden room. Through the driveway you can also access the garage through an electrically operated sectional door. On the driveway you can easily park two cars.

GARDEN:
The spacious backyard has two terraces of which the terrace directly behind the house has a retractable awning so you can also sit here in the shade. The garden is low maintenance landscaped with a lawn of artificial grass and borders with pebbles and some plants. In the garden is a wooden shed which is useful for storing bicycles or garden tools and furniture. The garden is fully fenced and has an outdoor tap.
